We offer an 'on site' service from our fully equipped service vans, for the annual servicing and repair of trials machinery. Our trained engineers also carry out any manufacturers' updates and use only genuine spare parts to ensure the best performance from your machines.
We are able to calibrate the weighing & moisture systems and issue the customer with a calibration certificate to comply with GLP. Lunchbox sprayers can also be calibrated and a certificate supplied.
We strongly recommend that your main equipment has an annual service. The combines in particular are important, technical and expensive machines and as such need a professional annual service to ensure you are getting the best from your investment.
We offer a service for weighing & machine problems so the customer can call for information during harvest. Our engineers can attend breakdowns on site during harvest and other busy times, usually within 24 hours.
Operator training courses are available for both current and new machines we have supplied, and are held at the customers' premises. These courses can be tailored to suit your requirements.
